Our health and what we put into our bodies tends to become less of a priority the busier our lives get. We wake up, rush out the door to work or as a mum, you go straight into putting that little one first, making sure they are looked after and mostly end up too ‘busy’ to make time for breakfast.
So, I know the website already has a brief intro about myself, but I thought my very first blog post would be a good chance to go more in depth, including about how and why Heartbeat exists, plus more on my goals for the coming year.
