How do I place a custom order?

Can you do mismatched sets for 2 pets?

Absolutely and there's no price difference for mismatched sets of earrings, cufflinks etc.

  

How do I send photos for the custom order?

You can either send photos through email (hello@pawfectlove.com.au) or DM through Instagram (@pawfectlove.au) or Facebook (@pawfectlove.au).

 

How many photos are needed? 

I need 2-3 photos of each pet if possible for small items like earrings or cufflinks. For cake toppers, full body figurines and the other larger items, as many photos as possible from different angles helps with the accuracy of the finished product. 

  

How long is the turn around for orders?

Currently the turnaround time is under 1 week until shipping, however, in peak times (Christmas lead up) this can be 2-3 weeks or longer. If you need something ASAP, however, please still get in contact to check, as I can usually reprioritise and accommodate any urgent requests. If you need international shipping or if the item if needed for a wedding, I always recommend ordering with plenty of time to spare and also letting me know the date it is needed by to avoid disappoinment.

 

Do you do animals other than dogs and cats?

I sure do, as long as you can provide photos. In the past I’ve also made a variety of birds, rabbits, horses and even turtles, snakes and guinea pigs.

 

What colour blank beads can I  have on the keychains and lanyards?

I mix the polymer clay colours from scratch, so almost any colours and shades are possible.
