Temporary Changes to Processing and Shipping

Heartbeat Handicrafts has always prided itself in super speedy processing and shipping times, including on custom orders. As you may already be aware, the HH family is expanding with the arrival of a baby. This will temporarily have the following implications for orders;

  • Custom orders will not be available.
  • There will be no new styles released or monthly restocks on existing styles between July and October 2019.
  • Existing stock listed on the website will still be available for purchase.
  • Processing times of orders may be slightly longer, as Mr HH will be taking over this task. It is anticipated that your order will still be shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • There may be delays in receiving responses to contact made through email or social media platforms.

These temporary changes in operations are expected to be in effect until November 2019. Please ensure you have signed up to the email list so that you are informed when HH is back to business as usual.

 

Refunds and Returns

Refunds are only available on faulty items, not for change of mind on purchases on stud earrings. Therefore, we recommend asking any questions about a product prior to purchased. Items are inspected prior to shipping, however if you believe your item is faulty, please notify us via email heartbeathandicrafts@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving item. Refund or replacement will be offered depending on stock availability.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, we encourage you to contact us at heartbeathandicrafts@gmail.com so that we can remedy the issue.
