Refunds are only available on faulty items, not for change of mind on purchases on stud earrings. Therefore, we recommend asking any questions about a product prior to purchased. Items are inspected prior to shipping, however if you believe your item is faulty, please notify us via email within 2 days of receiving item. Refund or replacement will be offered depending on stock availability.
